A family farm built on doing things right

Chakaden Farm began the way many good things do with a family, a piece of land, and a commitment to work it well. What started with a focus on healthy pigs has grown into a farm with a bigger vision for feeding our community.

We believe good food starts with good farming. That means animals that are well fed and well cared for, land that is looked after, and practices we can be proud of. Every decision on the farm comes back to a simple question: is this the right way to do it?

Today we raise pigs with attentive, day-to-day care, and we are steadily growing into poultry, into quality feed, and into farm produce that reaches local homes and markets.
